Replacement lamp manufacturers warrant their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1-year.
Ballast enclosures and replacement ballast manufacturers warrant their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of either 2-years or 5-years depending on the model and the manufacturer.
Grow light system manufacturers warrant their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of either 2-years or 5-years depending on the model and the manufacturer.
Hydroponics growing system manufacturers warrant their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1-year. Some pumps included with these systems may only have a 6-months warranty.

How do I handle returns?

Email Customer Service and request a Return Authorization (RA)
Include your invoice number on all return requests.
Customer Service will email you instructions for returning product.
