This the side-A epoxy component and requires equal amounts by volume of side-B catalyst component. It can be used with either Gloss Catalyst #405 or Satin Catalyst #463.

This color is Rumania & Hungary Dark Brown. Rumania, Dark Brown was used in the Black Sea area. German aircraft used in this area sported the standard Luftwaffe desert scheme. It is shown in the M&M Models Military Aircraft Color Guide – Russia, Turkey, Rumania & Hungary page.
